"Dorothy Rackley, age 82, of Novice [Coleman Co, TEXAS], passed away Sunday, April 5th [2015], at the Senior Citizens Nursing Home, in Winters, [Runnels Co] Texas. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 7th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., at Allcorn Funeral Care. Services will be held Wednesday, April 8th at 2:00 p.m. at Allcorn Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at the Atoka Cemetery [Colman Co, TEXAS], under the direction of Allcorn Funeral and Cremation Care.

"Dorothy was born May 18, 1932, in Kilgore, [Gregg Co] Texas to Ivy and Irene (Lewis) Smith. She was married to Dawl Rackley in Lovington,[Lea Co] New Mexico in November 29, 1954. They moved to Novice in 1996, coming from Wink, [ Winkler Co] Texas. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

"She is survived by her son Randy Clevenger and wife Karen, of Boyd, [Wise Co] Texas. Eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

"She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter Mary Lee Washington, and a brother Bobby Dell Smith."
